Happy Thanksgiving 2010

We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and friends at Grandma and Grandpa Fisher's house.  I cooked a turkey on the BBQ, and made an attempt at a spiral ham.  The turkey was good, but the ham was dry!  The kids had a ball hanging out and playing with everyone.  We were able to mee Matt's fiance' Nancy and Avery took to her right away.  It was a nice day to remember how much we have to be thankful for!

Let it Snow, Fall 2010

We ended November with a beautiful and rare snowfall! Kendall went to school late and was picked up early, on Monday. I had to work, but left early since Logan's school closed at 1pm.  All the craziness was so worth it as we LOVE the snow!!!! Tuesday and Wednesday school was cancelled!  We spent time playing outside and sledding down the hill as well as hot cocoa and watching  movies, what a nice break!

November continues

The 3rd weekend in November continued to be filled with parties! Kendall and I headed to the Sydney's 6th birthday party on Saturday.  She had a spa themed party complete with painted nails, facials, pizza and cupcakes! The girls had an amazing time!

We then headed up to Westlake Center to check out some new cougar gear since the Apple Cup will be here soon!
On Sunday, Kendall and I headed to the Federal Way community center for Madison's 8th birthday party!
It was a swimming party, so fun considering it was snowing outside and 80 degrees in the pool area!

Kendall and Maddie were inseparable the whole time, wish they still went to school together!

Lightning Bolts Party 2010

The weekend came to an end with one more celebration!  The soccer season's end of the season party was held at the Tacoma Soccer Center where the kids played soccer, ate pizza and cupcakes and celebrated an amazing season!  We are so lucky to have Stephanee Disney as a coach she is great with the girls!

Surprise Doug is 60

On Saturday after Kendall's last soccer game it was time to put the scheme in motion.  Grandpa was to head down to Cabela's with Austin, Logan and Chris for some male bonding time and to spend our b-day gift to him of a gift card. While us girls headed up to his house to meet everyone for the big surprise birthday party! It really couldn't be that much of a surprise since parking is limited and according to Austin when he turned the corner and saw all the cars he knew he was in for it, so much so he sent Logan in through the door first and Logan didn't know what to think when he saw all the people and the lights out. At any rate Doug was thrown a party for his 60th birthday complete with his gift of a SPEEDO!  This was an inside joke amongst his friends that tend to go to Hawaii together every couple of years.  One year they saw a guy in a Speedo on the beach who was older and Doug made the comment that he could wear that at 60, well thanks to the Gagnier's he will get that opportunity!  Happy Birthday Grandpa Fisher-We love ya!

Great Season Lightning Bolts 2010

Kendall had her last soccer game of the season on November 13th 2010. We are so proud of how much she has grown and learned this season. In U8 they have a goalie and Kendall is one of the few girls on the team who actually likes to play the position. She likes it mainly because she doesn't have to run as much, but still she really enjoys soccer and is learning the game. We have loved watching all the girls get better each week, learn the game and making lasting friendships-Go Lightning Bolts!

Happy 36th Birthday to me

My birthday is always the day after my father in law, Doug's and typically we get the family together and celebrate both.  However, Doug was turning the big 6-0, so he need a party to himself!  Since the weekend was going to be packed, Austin and the kids through me an impromptu party a few days early. I worked on Friday, so Austin picked up the kids and had the house decorated :0) Kendall was quite the party planner picking out the banner and cake.  I had Indian food for dinner and the kids gave me a gift cert to one of my favorite scrapbooking sites!  I also will be blessed every Friday with a trashy magazine subscription :0) My real gift is family time- we will be going to the tree lighting in Leavenworth- I am so excited and have wanted to go for several years so that is what I am getting for my b-day, but more importantly at 36 I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and life!!!  Here's to more b-days to come!

The first week in November

The first week in November Kendall started her new school and loves it!  I have volunteered once so far and I love it too! Yeah!
Avery and Logan had there annual trip to the allergist, poor kids :0(  The bad news is Logan's egg held steady so not out growing just yet and he tested positive for all the tree nuts again.  Good news is Avery's didn't test positive for all the nuts, but she had a horrible infection from the exzema and we will have to retest her in December.  At least they were able to get flu shots!
Avery was a trooper while she was waiting she was watching a movie on my i-pod

Avery's testing was the same as last year
